The challenge

How do you celebrate 10 years of impact across 15 African countries without reducing the story to an anniversary?

Over a decade, OCP Africa has grown alongside farmers, scientists, partners and communities across the continent. But with 15 countries, different realities and very different stories, the challenge was to create one powerful campaign platform capable of uniting them all.

The objective was not simply to look back at what had been achieved, but to make ten years of presence feel human, tangible and forward-looking. A campaign strong enough to work across markets, cultures and channels, while expressing a single idea: behind every transformation, there are people making it happen.
